More and more, people use AI to write their replies and posts, which to me at least is very counterintuitive. Why would you want to essentially reduce your account to being bot ran? Seems like that even if your thoughts are less coherent, they’re still your thoughts.
If you aren’t writing your own stuff, there’s not really a point to having an online presence at all, since you don’t have one if someone else is writing your replies for you. I think drafts is a different thing since you’re still rewriting just from a template. Having an AI do thinking for you on an anonymous website to represent your thoughts just seems odd.
Using an AI to do abilities that would take years to learn and even if you did take years it would still be faster and more accurate is a wonderful thing. Raising the global bar of what an I’m individual is capable of in one lifetime. However human expression should be respected, you should be able to both have your own thoughts and then use those thoughts to express yourself online. While also using AI as a learning tool that teaches as it does with multitudes of skills, so you’re getting it to teach you what and why it’s doing what it’s doing as it’s doing it.
