Why is Gemini uniquely bad?

Make no mistake, I'm definitely on the side of "AI in general is bad," and I'm not here to try and debate or contest anyone on that (nor am I looking to be convinced to join the side of "AI is good," so spare both yourself and me). But I DO admittedly like to use Chat GPT as a chatbot for w/e topic comes across my mind (I have some fairly niche hobbies and none of my friends are into said hobbies so it gives me something to do I guess). But every time I use fucking Gemini it just seemingly spits out a random answer that's not even in the ballpark of what I'm looking for, as if it's just pulling something out of it's proverbial ass.
