So I had this idea where we build a platform for HRs to sign up and post about their company culture, job description and few asynchronous questions you would like the candidate to answer or even like the first round of interview to sort candidates.
For the candidates which apply we have first few verification using github linkedin profiles to ensure they are not lying on their resume and then we use an AI to parse through the resume and give detailed insights of the working professional. We also make ai take the first round with the asynchronous questions and check for the time they take to answer to ensure they are not cheating.
Now basis this we rank order all the candidates who applied for the job and you can choose to reach out to the top candidates.
I just wanted to get your perspective on this if this is something I should pursue or any feature you suggest to improve upon these?
I believe the current resume filters are keyword matching software which most of the time might not result in good candidates?
