Will user agents help with integrating all niche radiology tools to form a more copilot experience?

There are a lot of niche AI programs that outperform radiologists in very specific tasks. But no one program that integrates them all. I wonder if a user agent can help with this since the reasoning engine of a LLM can determine when to use what tool.
