Rules such as "keep answers brief" or "stop asking followup questions" are flat out ignored by Gemini, ChatGPT etc. When asked why they are ignoring them they all simply restate the failure without giving any info regarding why it occurred.
Is it user error? Why ask for these restraints to tailor your experience if they are simply ignored?
