I’ve been testing different AI tools in real business workflows, mostly for writing, research, content planning, and repetitive office tasks.

One thing I noticed is that demos usually look impressive, but daily use often fails in small places: inconsistent output, lack of context, too much manual checking, or poor integration with existing workflows.
