What’s the best AI tool to use to make tests/flash cards for studying?

I need one that’s actually free and doesn’t limit how many tests you can make or asks for money. I need it for history. Ideally I can just paste a paragraph or 2 and it will generate questions for me. I’ve tried chatgpt but it’s too time consuming and annoying, also it forgets stuff
