He somehow couldn't even tell anyone the site name, even if we asked politely, he even delays with the reason that he'll reveal the site "later" then he doesn't actually follow up on it.

He does make excuses on why he doesn't reveal the site name, like "I forgot" so I stopped bothering to even ask him.
