A lot of the agent file space already ships: AGENTS.md, MCP config, SKILL.md, the rules and ignore files. The other half is stuff people keep proposing that never really landed, like undo.md, richer auth discovery, or some kind of agent receipts.
What's a file or format you wish everyone just agreed on, that would actually make your agents more reliable?
