Website to do the Following: I Give it a Design and Create an Image With it

Hello all,

I am not sure this is out yet. I would like to find a website where i can upload an image I own, and have it generate another image around it.

Let's say I have some shirts that say 'HOLA'. I would want, for example, to generate an image of Socrates wearing said shirt. Is this possible? If so, which site would allow me to do this?
