Hello all, I’m looking for some advice on a tool/platform for the idea below.
I’m interested in a small business idea:
Customers call into a toll free phone number.
They are greeted but by a conversational Ai.
Customers require an account to use the ai, preferably the ai would handle this process, setting up an account and linking it to voice recognition and taking credit card info for billing. They could manage their account too.
The customer could then talk to the ai for various reasons. My business is linked to a specific experience (non sexual). Hopefully I could tailor the platform to this experience. Potentially I could see texting being available too.
Ultimately I would like the platform tool to host the ai, the phone number and a simple website and email I can manage and edit.
A lot of the platforms I am coming across are very grandiose CRM platforms. Like liveperson.com or echo.win etc
I’m looking for something with a good conversational ai but a much more distilled setup offering to get this business off the ground.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
