Seeking AId From The Community

New to this subreddit, so I'll just be blunt
I'm looking for an AI and I don't even know if it exists, but I'll go into detail of my criteria
Requirements: (Must-haves, dealbreakers, needs)
Free
Resolution minumum 512x512
Accessible Anywhere (offline, multi-device / account-based website, etc)
Image capability (t2i, i2i, g2i, v2i, etc)
Gif capability OR Video capability (t2g, i2g, v2g, etc | t2v, i2v, g2v, etc)
Capable of running, if on local hardware, on an RTX 3070 8GB or lesser graphics card
If hardware based, tutorial or plug-and-play capable for w10 OS (I can set it up myself, but not without being told what to do and how to do it)

Preferences: (Would be nice, QoL, annoyance but not end of world, would rather not put up with but would still put up with)
Unlimited and permanent usage (no trials, no [daily] cap, etc)
Very Low bandwidth usage if online (think Dial-up 56Kbps internet)
Control over models, steps, seed, negative prompt, bodily pose, and not exclusively on a tag-basis
Resolution up to 2048x1024 or 1024x2048, lesser options available
No character limit on a +/- prompt (Reddit title cap 300, for example)
No ads-based generation (1 ad / gen, 1 ad for currency + xCurrency/gen, etc)

Neutrals: (Take it / leave it, unnecessary but would still make use of, "ok guess I have this now")
NSFW-capability (21+ for all intents and purposes, putting here to cover my bases more than anything)
Chatbot capability (For example, some websites have chatbots and inline +/ character-based image/GIF gen)
Mobile app capability (Android 12)
Audio gen, in any form (ASMR, audible videos, "tell me a story", etc)

TL;DR I'm looking for a free AI that can make me more than just a single still image, even if it takes some good hardware to do so, but not one that's so premium with ads and clogged with junk, that I can still run it with my crap internet.
Appreciate any genuine suggestions or ideas, Feel free to DM/PM if you prefer (just make sure to give a line of context)
