What if we stopped using AI to get answers and started using it to think?
I've been thinking about a way of working with AI that I call co-thinking.
The basic idea is simple:
A human brings a thought or question.
The AI responds.
The human challenges, corrects or refines the response.
The AI reacts again.
And the process continues.
The interesting part is that the AI doesn't have to be right.
Even a wrong answer can be useful if it makes the human realize: No, that's not what I mean — what I actually mean is...
In that sense, the AI becomes less of an answer machine and more of a thinking partner.
The goal isn't to have the AI think instead of you.
It's to create a feedback loop in which both sides help develop the thought.
I call this Co-thinking.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of interaction with AI?
