The goal of this post is 2 fold.

First, I wanted to show what a local model like Qwen 3.8 27B running on a single RTX 5090 GPU in a harness like Row-Bot can do.

Second, I wanted to create a full feature video of what Row-Bot can do.

So I decided to combine the two with one prompt:

"I want to create a single animation showing everything row-bot can do and also emphasizing the open source, local-first, privacy and model agnostic angle. the animation needs to be accurate and have a wow visual impact and should cover everything row-bot can do. read the feature list from the Row-Bot public features page. do not use video generation, make it as long as necessary to convey the full message. structure it so it tells a coherent impactful story. use whatever else makes sense like html, javascript, three.js. keep iterating till you think you have built the perfect complete animation."

This combined research, accurate drafting, staying on brief, coding, 3d work and iterating on a long running task, all locally and privately. This is the result. Even the background eerie music was generated with code.

Row-Bot is designed with local models in mind and is the best harness to get the most out of local, open-source or even frontier models.
