Why in Hugginface description of Open Assistant model has this alert?: “Due to the license attached to LLaMA models by Meta AI it is not possible to directly distribute LLaMA-based models. Instead we provide XOR weights for the OA models.” I know that this model has non-commercial license, but why the code of the model is in the files of this repo in Hugginface? And why Vicuna is available and has a huge of another fine tuned models available if the model cannot be distributed(based on the description above)?
