As I noodle on AI/ML architecture...
Has anyone come across performance comparisons between all-in-one MLLMs and disparate, purpose-built AI/ML models? Such as Chat GPT X.X vs OpenCV models?
While there is certainly the allure of an all-in-one solution, the ability to swap out various models for each analytical purpose plus use less powerful hardware compared to a high parameter MLLM seems, to me, to be the best option.
Thoughts?
