Mistral 7b – how to use it on windows?

That's a real noob question unfortunately... Tried to find a answer via Google and YouTube, but wasn't very successful.

It seems like I need a extra program to integrate Mistral (something like The Bloke - Mistral - GPTQ thingy), but before installing and trying stuff blindly, it would be better if I know what I do.

I'm lost, but I don't expect a complete guide. A link to further informations is highly appreciated!
