Maybe the crazy things we see in Lucid Dreaming are made by AI?

I've been thinking about this a lot while I lucid dream. I do it a lot.

I walk around these incredible places that do not exist. I walk up close to objects, food, the moist brownies in coffee shops, I get in fabulous cars and drive them like GTA, I see impossible landscapes that are so realistic. I happen to be a creative artist, and I'm a pretty creative guy, but I could NEVER create this stuff.

I use Midjourney a lot in my art and am pretty familiar with AI. I wonder if these places we visit in lucid dreams (or perhaps any dream) are generated on the fly by a super-advanced AI. I mean, clearly, we are going in a direction where future games will have 3D environments that are created by AI (perhaps guided by the artists at the game company). But I can easily imagine in GTA 8, walking into a club. But the club is created on the fly. And only YOU see it. Because each player gets a different club.

Anyhoo, I muse on this stuff all the time. This dreaming thing is just a theory. What do you think?
