Looking for an AI that learns an audio noise and can produce it in indefinite length

As the title states, I’d like an AI that can learn the sound of, say, an electric fan powering on, running for awhile, and then turning off. Then, it can reproduce a sound of that fan with any runtime length. Some more examples would be running water, machinery, or human singing on one note. Does such an AI exist?
