Just spotted this in Coinbase’s career page

So now the hiring funnel goes something like:

1. Beat the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with a resume that doesn’t get filtered out by keyword bots.
2. Pass an AI-powered screening interview that simulates a conversation.

How long before someone builds a bot that speaks to the AI interviewer? AI talking to AI. Will interviews just be synthetic agents negotiating on our behalf?

Feels like we’re not far from that.
