Is there any free-to-use web based text prompt AI for character art that will draw exactly what I ask for?

I need character art to illustrate my fantasy novels (non-commercial use). I write characters with a wide variety of appearances and body types, and different skin colours. I'm having trouble finding something that will draw what I actually write for the text prompt, with it being especially hard for female characters.

Examples -

I ask for a female character to be fat or chubby - gives me a picture of a slim woman with big boobs

I ask for a female character to be plain or ugly - gives me a picture of a beautiful woman looking slightly unhappy.

I ask for a female character with dark skin - it gives me one with very pale skin.

I ask for a female character who looks confident - it gives me a girl with a lot of cleavage

I ask for straight hair - it gives me wavy hair

I ask for small eyes - it gives me big eyes. Huge, anime style eyes taking up half the face big.

Etc etc.

Basically it really only wants to draw slim, beautiful woman with big boobs, cleavage, wavy hair, big eyes and white skin. Any attempt to move away from that, and it won't comply, and the standard of the output will reduce drastically. I've mostly been using Dall-E3.

Any suggestions?
