Is there any AI tool to edit a PDF by adding a block to cover some info while leaving others readable?

I'm looking for an AI tool that can automatically edit a PDF this way:

- the PDF contains a list of rows (like the output of an excel)

- I want the tool to add a block to cover all lines that are not ID N (eg number 5)

The best solution is to do the whole process differently, but I'm curious to know if anyone knows a tool to do this?
