Is there a good AI program that you can give a drawing to and it makes the same drawing in different positions?

Hello! I Drew a character (non human) and I could draw him in different positions (such as sitting, walking, arms up, etc) but I thought this would be a great job for AI.

It would make cartoonist’s lives easier, yet use our original ideas.

Anyways if y’all know any programs that may be able to do this or have any thoughts on this in general please let me know :)
