Is deploying and scaling ai agents one of the most frustrating problem?

Everyone talks about hallucinations, state management but forgets this basics ,I wonder whether scaling ai agents for production is easy? Even though many platforms claim it is incredibly frustrating to setup complex things to just get things tested. Is it a real problem for all or just me experiencing it due to my lack of enough technical expertise ? 🤔
