I'm conducting research for a car brand client who is interested in an interactive AI avatar. The idea is to have a screen in a mall where individuals can engage with this avatar and inquire about the latest car model. We plan to train the AI with the car's FAQs to ensure it can address customer queries effectively.
The main challenge is ensuring the AI's responses are tailored to the customer's interaction.
