So I had a question. I have this PDF cookbook, but it's North American, so all the measurements and quantities are in imperial. Is there an AI tool out there that can edit the PDF for me so that only those measurements are converted to metric and the cookbook stays exactly the same? For convenience sake I'd like it to create a new PDF file that I can just download again. I tried with OpenAI/ChatGPT, but that didn't work. This is also as far as my knowledge of AI pretty much goes. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
