I’m looking for some sort of AI tool that can scan a video file for audio of a specific phrase that I can type. Does such a tool exist?

E.g, I upload a video and type the word "hello" into the tool. The tool would then scan the video for the word "hello" being said and would show me exactly where in the video it's said.
