If you or someone had access to any company’s proprietary data, what AI app would you build or like to be built?

As the title suggests, what cool apps would you build or like to see built? It can be in any industry/category - productivity, healthcare, finance, education, B2B, etc... It doesn't even need to be data from a big company. It could be local businesses, medium size businesses, organizations, whatever!
