I want to use the Mangio RVC fork to make song covers for voices I have. My GPU is very old and I probably need to upgrade, but is it at all possible with my AMD Radeon R9 Fury series?

So I vaguely understand the process on how to use RVC to create a voice model and use that to have the model sing, but my issue is that RVC says "Unfortunately, there is no compatible GPU available to support your training".
I go through all the steps (Just to understand it better), but the training part never works. No .pth is created, though an index does show up for the voice.

I have an AMD Radeon R9 Fury series (yes, it's quite old). Is it at all possible with this GPU to get this to work? I heard Google collab was a way for some people with unsupported GPU's to get around it, but they decided they needed even more money and shut that down. Or do I need to upgrade? If so, what upgrade would you recommend? I also would prefer to stay with AMD instead of going to Nvidia, because I dislike monopolies and they seem to be more expensive and trying to corner the market for this.
I also will likely need to upgrade my motherboard too, but I just want to know if I should give up on this for now and wait till I can get a better GPU.

Apologies if you read the post and just think "None of this is correct." I'm not AI tech savvy and maybe I'm missing crucial steps or similar. Also, let me know if there is a better subreddit to get help with this question.
