I tried this AI chat called InnerVault the other night. With all the negative stories about AI and mental health circulating, I honestly expected it to feel awkward or disconnected.
It didn’t feel magical or anything, but it did feel a bit more human than the usual AI responses I’ve seen. It seemed to pay attention to the way I was wording things, and it responded in a calm way that made it easier to get my thoughts out.
I’m not saying it fixed anything or that it’s some sort of solution. It was just surprisingly decent at helping me slow down and sort through what was in my head for a moment.
Has anyone else tried tools like this? I’m curious what your experience was, especially with all the negative press around AI mental health stuff lately.
