i think these are the massive changes that will happen in show/movie industry in following 2 years

lip sinking will be an important part of dubbing a show, they'll use ai to make character's lips sink with they dubbed audio.
making anime out of live action and live action out of anime. (imagine live action attack on titan 🤤💦)
dubbing will be completely automated, feed the character's original voice into the ai and it will dub it for you while keeping the same voice, same tone and same intensity. it will make it easier to switch from dub to sub or vice versa.
people in industry will still have to motion capture scenes because ai will most likely never be good at good believable fluid motion. anime will be shot on camera.
using an actor or actor's voice without them actually being there will be prevalent in the industry. they'll have to pay that actor though.
The medium will be flooded with independent creators, there'll be a site like imdb where people will rate these independent shows/movies in an attempt to find good shows in the pool of millions
