I accused an author of using Ai to write for them – was I wrong?

Was i wrong here? Im very confident Ai wrote or at least edited this. Here is one of the many passages that gave it away for me.

Also Im curious - what are yalls thoughts on using ai as a resource while writing? Whats the line, if any?
