How to build a custom AI chat bot that encompasses Claude 2, Chat GPT, our own data, and other libraries.

Hi, can anyone tell me tips, or send tutorial links as to how i can create an AI chatbot, in which I feed it documents, and have it use portions of Chat GPT, Claude 2, and other LLM/libraries? I am builiding this for myself so i can have an assistant that thinks in a particular way.
