IM a nobody. So I worked my ass off and spend my last 800 $ (couldn’t pay my bills that month) but I created something that beated Microsoft and research teams on they benchmarks and open source it!
It actually got a lot of stars on GitHub, some traction you know. Hoping to get some offer to get out of my box.
But I was nervous, the was so good that I didn’t know what to do, when I saw the potential again, I made a mistake that cost me too much.
I asked my claude (nerfed as a side character)… to switch the repo on private and let me think for a minute.
Nobody told me that you loose all the starts and forks and you start from zero😱
Now I got like 30ish stars… probably nobody believes is the same project. What should I do?
It’s there a way to get my stars back? Are they gone forever?
Maybe is not important for someone else, but that was my chance. I don’t know if I will create something like that again.
I posted on another sub and nobody believed me so. Ill give you the link on the first comment.
the project is a multihop retrival graph-less (so no graph tax and never stale infos) that still reaches parity with the best GPU-based system in the world, the higest F1 across all commercial RAG ever pubblished since it works on commodity APIs
