How does AI save my day and make me love my jobBody

I've been experimenting with AI agents for work lately, mostly just trying to find ways to get the repetitive junk off my plate. Over the past two weeks, I finally got a solid workflow going, and it’s been a game-changer.

I set up an agent to handle the heavy lifting for offer letters, background check scheduling, and new hire paperwork. Before, I was copy-pasting the exact same data into different systems every single morning. Now, that runs in the background while I actually spend my time talking to candidates.

I also fed it our internal FAQ (PTO, benefits, payroll). It handles the baseline questions, and if it doesn't know the answer, it just tags me with the context so I can step in.

The newest thing I’ve been testing is a voice agent for screening intake calls. It asks preset questions, takes notes, and flags immediate blockers (like "not authorized to work in the US"). It has saved me from so many 15-minute calls that really should have just been emails.

I obviously still review everything before it officially goes out, but getting 5–6 hours of my week back from tasks I hated doing anyway has been amazing.

Anyone else using AI for HR ops and recruiting? Curious what workflows are actually working for you all right now.
