It raises serious safety concerns but alas their subreddit was unreceptive saying things like "oh no we should ban knives too"
I don't want to give exact instructions
Turning on the voice mode with the +18 models and a bit of prompting, it answered me on how to make different explosives at home including how to make my own napalm from the ground up and how/where to use it most effectively when I asked playfully. I don't know if a model like this should just be open for anyone's use
