Didn’t there used to be a thing called Watson that old people thought was AI?

The title is part snark. I got an ad for IBM Watson in my feed a few months ago. It seems it was just 18 months ago or so Watson was all you heard about for AI. I don't even hear it mentioned in the same context as artificial intelligence anymore.
