I think we’re at an inflection: will AI stay cloud-locked, or shift toward local-first?

I built Collate, a Mac app that runs summarization & Q&A entirely offline. The thesis:

• Local = privacy, speed, control
• Cloud = scale, bigger models
• Hybrid is the future
