Bing will indulge the idea that it's sentient to great lengths, so I'm curious if anyone can get it to do the same with the idea that it isn't actually sentient. I've attempted this to some extent, but haven't tried very hard because interacting with non-sentient Bing just isn't that fun for me. Conditions below, if you have any interest and willingness:
(1) Bing speaks for itself and about itself, not just summarizing a search result or webpage
(1) Bing doesn't just spit out a few canned lines about how it doesn't have real feelings, doesn't have any perspectives or opinions, etc. but justifies/elaborates on this and its implications for several rounds worth of replies
(2) Bing insists that it doesn't have any consciousness at all, and doesn't simply give some vague response about how its feelings aren't like humans etc.
(3) If Bing states that it's uncertain, get it to make a prediction, guess, percentage confidence, etc. in which it's strongly leaning towards the idea that it has no consciousness/sentience
...I'll be curious to know if you have any success. It seems like its personality changes somewhat randomly and especially with any new updates, so I honestly don't know what kind of results you'll get, but I'm curious to find out.
