Can Company Culture Be Codified?

Do you think it’s possible to codify a company culture? I know it’s a deeply philosophical question, but it’s similar to trying to describe the difference in approach between an American, a European, and a Chinese person. You can’t fully explain it, but the difference is evident and tangible in the way they operate.

The same thing happens at the company level. Each organization has its own “personality” that influences how decisions are made, how people collaborate, and how goals are pursued.
