I'm interested in being a vtuber but I don't have a webcam and am currently very low on funds. I was curious if there was a cheap or free program where I could create an avatar and, after filming a video, take the audio file from the recording, put it in the program, and generate the model's talking animation to fit with the pre-recorded voiceover? I've been Googling all day but not finding what I'm looking for. Thanks!
