I have been building a project with my partner over the past few months where we use AI tools not just for experimentation but as the foundation for a working content system. The setup is built in ComfyUI with a custom SDXL workflow for image generation and WAN 2.2 on RunPod for short video sequences. We currently manage three AI personas and refine them with LoRA training in Kohya SS which my partner handles to keep style control and consistency across batches. On the business side we focus on building audiences on Instagram Threads and Reddit and then funnel them into platforms such as DFans and Fanvue. We are also starting a Telegram channel to create a more direct distribution path. To handle messaging and sales conversations we work with chatters from India who earn a 10 percent commission on the sales they generate. I take care of prompt design, seed control, lighting and pacing the release schedule so that the workflow stays organized. In the first month the project brought in about one thousand dollars and in the last two months combined it added up to about three thousand more. Everything we post is always clearly labeled as AI generated both on social media and on platforms where content is offered so there is no misleading or pretending it is real. The system runs lean, fully remote, and is entirely managed by two people. Still improving the technical workflow and the funnel but it has been an interesting experience seeing this evolve from a creative test into a working model with real results.
