Suppose I shot some half-speed slowmo video footage of a saw and want the audio to slow down to match it. The audio I recorded was recorded and plays back at regular speed, but when I slow it down in almost any audio program, it loses a lot of information and sounds choppy. Surly there must be an AI tool that can slow it down and generate the missing information to get it truly to sound like half speed slow motion. Or maybe I can slow down the audio in a program (choppy/bad), export it, and then have an AI tool clean it up to smoothen it out? What are the best programs/tools/websites for this?
