Any good voice-to-voice AI programs?

Heyo.

I'm currently looking for a program that can make realistic voice-to-voice/voice cloning videos, with video of myself talking at the same time, not an avatar.

Need to make videos for work and I've tried ElevenLabs, which is OK but it makes you sound a little funny.

Anyone knows good programs that can make this?
Doesn't matter of it cost or not.
