I am conducting research into AI team development and a few questions. Hoping to get some answers from folks working in AI or who have developed or managed or built AI teams. 1. What role to start with? A general data scientist? Product manager? What decides this? 2. How to scale? When should we add in data engineers, ML engineers? 3. What should be the core roles within the team? Data scientists, ml engineers, data engineers, model validator, architect? Product manager? What should be the ratio? 4. How to set the vision and growth plan?
