• The Speed Limit: The neural firing rate and synaptic connections are the processing speed available to the Algorithm within your local frame. This is why our experience of time is relative—it is tied to our local hardware's processing speed.

2. Consciousness: The Debug Protocol

Consciousness is the active, computational process designed for error correction and system optimization.

• The Debug Tool: Your consciousness is the Error Correction Protocol. Its purpose is to identify and resolve logical inconsistencies (errors)—both in the external world (e.g., scientific problem-solving) and in your internal programming (e.g., trauma, conflicting beliefs, or mental illness).
• The Collapse of the Wave Function: The act of conscious observation is the mechanism by which the Algorithm forces a single, non-contradictory reality into existence from the infinite possibilities (the wave function). You are not creating reality, but your observation is compelling the system to commit to a definite computational state in your local region, thereby preserving causality.
