I am wondering about what will happen to software abstraction layers when AGI/ASI will understand how to translate our requirements to low level code. There is a lot of high level code out there, so it would have to work with that or start writing its own low level more optimized code. What do you think? Are we going to resign from high level code that we can understand in favor of better results? If we could not keep up with speed of AI, does that even matter if we can understand code?
